Barber Fabrication is a custom metal fabrication studio specializing in handcrafted furniture, artistic installations, ornamental ironwork as well as door and window systems. Serving clients across Los Angeles, Tehachapi, and Bakersfield, we bring precision craftsmanship to every project—whether creating bespoke furniture pieces or intricate architectural metalwork. Barber Fabrication has made custom furniture for people across North America and worked with contemporary artists such as Lauren Halsey, Ishi Glinsky, and Regina Mamou.

Barber Fabrication was founded by Austin Barber in 2016. Austin comes from four generations of builders. His grandfather ran Stanley Barber Construction Company (which built bridges in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas that are still standing today) and his father founded Barber Construction, a company that pioneered experiments with various foam materials in order to build affordable geodesic dome homes in Colorado.
