The Ecology Center Farm Stand, San Juan Capistrano, 2020

The Ecology Center Farm Stand is one of the only organic farms left in the county. This Southern California operation brings local produce from farm to table, but also offers an assortment of programs and community resources. I was thrilled to get the chance to fabricate some special structures for The Ecology Center designed by Designers on Holiday.

What we built:

• Two shade structures made from tubular steel, redwood, and canvas featuring a washing station, shelving station, and sink.

• Two Farm Stand Cart (Two-Wheels)

• Four-Wheeled Mobile Sink and Storage Units
